Crossfit Coach & Gymnastics Coach
Fitness and being active have always been a huge part of my life, from childhood through to adulthood. My love for movement and for working with people pushed me, a few years ago, to become a Personal Trainer.
As a single mum balancing a full-time job, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritise health and fitness amongst the demands of work and family life. That’s why my mission is to support women, especially those who may feel intimidated by the gym floor, to find their confidence, strength, and identity through fitness.
I’ve worked with women and teenage girls of all backgrounds, helping them improve not just their physical health, but their mindset, habits, and self-belief. My approach blends traditional strength training with CrossFit-style workouts to keep training functional, engaging, and empowering.
My turning point came when I rediscovered my own strength through CrossFit. I had always loved fitness, but life, work, and motherhood had pushed it to the background. Walking back into a gym after time away was intimidating, I knew how it felt to doubt yourself and to wonder if you still “belonged” there.
The enemy? Fear and self-doubt. The fear of not being fit enough, strong enough, or capable enough. But the moment I pushed through that, everything changed. I remembered why I fell in love with movement in the first place, and how much it could transform every part of your life.
That experience reignited my passion for fitness and inspired me to help other women who feel the same way. Now, I coach to show others that it’s never too late to start, that strength has no age limit, and that confidence comes from doing the things you once thought you couldn’t.
My purpose for coaching is to empower people, especially those who have lost confidence or feel unsure about stepping into the gym, to discover just how strong and capable they really are.
I’m passionate about helping men and women as well as teenagers improve their physical health, develop positive habits, and change their mindset toward exercise and nutrition. Whether it’s learning to lift, mastering a pull-up, or simply feeling proud in their own skin, I’m here to guide that journey.
My motivation comes from my own experience as a single mum, juggling fitness, work, and family. I know how demanding life can be, and I also know how transformative it is when you make space for yourself and your wellbeing. Coaching allows me to combine empathy, energy, and expertise to help others build the strength and confidence they deserve.
