Dee is passionate about taking a holistic approach to health and fitness. She believes that fitness should be about maximising the enjoyment of life. She wants to support individuals to find ways of incorporating health and fitness into their lives without it feeling like another thing on their “to-do list”.

As well as drawing on skills developed over her 20 years as a practicing Community Pharmacist, Dee has gained advanced Personal Training qualifications in Corrective Exercise. This means that she focuses on improving any muscle imbalances within the body to improve performance during training and in life generally.

She also has a keen interest in supporting people in peri menopause and menopause by
utilising GP-level training and her Personal Training knowledge to devise training plans that support long-term health goals.

My turning point came not in a moment of crisis, but in a moment of curiosity. After years of working as a  Pharmacist, focused on treating illness, I found myself craving something more proactive, something that truly empowered people to take control of their health. That’s when I discovered CrossFit.

I started as a member of P6, simply wanting to move more and feel better. But what I found was a community, a mindset, and a methodology that deeply resonated with me. I fell in love with the ethos, functional fitness, inclusivity, and the way it made health feel empowering rather than overwhelming.

The enemy? The disconnect between traditional healthcare and real-world, preventative wellbeing. I saw it every day in pharmacy: people surviving, but not thriving, confused by conflicting health advice and unsure where to begin.

The gym reignited my passion. It showed me that health isn’t just about prescriptions, it’s about movement, mindset, and community. That realization drove me to become qualified as a coach, so I could combine the science of pharmacy with the practice of sustainable fitness.

Now, I coach to bridge that gap, supporting people to build stronger, healthier lives in a way that’s achievable, enjoyable, and deeply personal.

My purpose for coaching is to help people take control of their health in a way that feels doable, enjoyable, and aligned with real life. After decades as a pharmacist, I saw firsthand how often people feel overwhelmed, confused, or defeated when it comes to their health. I wanted to be part of the solution, to help people prevent illness, not just treat it.

I’m especially passionate about supporting middle-aged and older women navigating perimenopause and menopause, and those who often feel dismissed or unsure of what their bodies need. I combine my medical knowledge and corrective exercises coaching with an approach that’s grounded, compassionate, and evidence-based, helping people feel strong, energised, and confident through every stage of life.

My motivation is simple: I believe health and fitness should enhance your life, not complicate it. I coach to help people move better, feel better, and build habits that support long-term wellbeing, not just for a season, but for life.
