Coach and Nutrition Coach
Sport has always been at the centre of my life. From the age of 7, I played netball religiously, carrying it all the way through to university and even representing Melbourne University while studying abroad in Australia. Summers were spent by the water, coaching beginner waterskiing and wakeboarding at OWSC, which gave me an early taste of the joy that comes from helping others develop new skills and confidence.
Alongside sport, I’ve always loved being creative; in fact, at one point I thought my future might even be in baking, and I started an online bakery during lockdown. These days, I channel that same creativity into healthier versions of my favourite sweet treats (with my tiramisu being the undisputed favourite).
Now, my training is rooted in hybrid fitness. I thrive on the variety and challenge of combining strength, endurance, and high-intensity work; interval runs and HIIT sessions are my go-to. It’s this balance of performance, fun, and lifestyle that has shaped the coach I am today.
What I’ve learned along the way is that fitness isn’t just about excelling in one sport; it’s about building the strength, stamina, and confidence to take on whatever life throws at you. That’s the ethos I bring into every session I coach.
My turning point came during lockdown, for someone who had always lived an active life, playing netball from childhood through university, representing Melbourne University abroad, and coaching waterskiing and wakeboarding, suddenly being stuck at home with no structure felt like I had lost a part of myself. I turned to baking for comfort, and even started an online bakery. While it gave me joy, it also made me realise how much I missed moving, training, and feeling like me.
The enemy? Losing balance. I had slipped into the all-or-nothing trap, either overtraining and under-fuelling or overindulging and feeling frustrated with my body. I knew deep down that neither extreme made me feel good.
That period forced me to stop and really think about what health should look like. I realised it wasn’t about restriction, punishment, or chasing perfection. It was about building sustainable balance, training hard because it makes me feel strong, fuelling my body without cutting out the foods I love (yes, even Biscoff!), and finding joy in the process.
Now, as a coach, I help others avoid those same extremes. I guide people to build long-term habits that fit into their lives, whether they want to perform better in the gym, prepare for an event, or simply feel healthier and more confident. My turning point showed me that food and fitness should enhance your life, not control it, and that’s exactly what I aim to teach.
My purpose for coaching is to help people find balance in both training and nutrition, because I know how overwhelming it can feel when fitness becomes complicated, restrictive, or unsustainable. I want to show that you don’t need to cut out your favourite foods or train for hours every day to see results. Instead, it’s about building small, realistic habits that fit your lifestyle and last for the long term.
I’m especially passionate about working with people who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, whether that’s to perform better in the gym, prepare for an event, or simply enjoy life with more energy. I thrive on helping clients move away from the all-or-nothing mindset and towards a way of training and eating that feels enjoyable and achievable.
