In 2013, diagnosed with melanoma, I embraced CrossFit to conquer cancer and transform my fitness. Initially weak from surgery and frustrated with my body, I grew to love CrossFit and what my body could achieve, even lifting heavy weights despite little prior interest in exercise.

CrossFit was a life-changer, providing strength, purpose, and health. Six years later, I began my coaching career, starting with small morning groups to build experience. Now, coaching, helping others progress, gain confidence, and realize their goals, I thrive on it!

The enemy? The fear that my body had let me down, and that I would never feel powerful in it again.

CrossFit changed everything. What began as a way to rebuild my health soon became my passion. I discovered strength I never thought I had, fell in love with the barbell, and found a community that pushed me to be better every single day. Competitions, training, and small daily wins turned frustration into fuel.
Then, I stepped onto the coaching floor. By day I may still be in the office, but any other time you’ll find me coaching, lifting, or cheering others on. CrossFit didn’t just give me back my health, it gave me a purpose.

Now, I coach to pay that forward: to help others realise they are stronger, more capable, and more resilient than they ever imagined.

My purpose for coaching is to show people what they’re truly capable of, because I know firsthand how life-changing it is to discover your own strength. CrossFit gave me back my health, confidence, and resilience, and now I want to help others experience that same transformation.
