A former rugby professional with 30000 hours of gym floor experience, I’ve dedicated my adult life to helping 100's to lose fat, build a physique to be proud of, and build their confidence.  I specialise in developing a no stone unturned approach to a goal. Analyse the needs associated with the goal, develop a plan, and then execute each step in training, nutrition, and recovery.

My turning point wasn’t one single moment; it was a relentless series of battles with the same enemy: internal doubt. As a fat kid labelled early with dyslexia and ADHD, I was cast into roles that didn’t align with the potential I felt, deep down, was inside me. I was the disruptive one in school, the one teachers didn’t expect much from in the classroom, and the one who often struggled in silence while pretending I didn’t care. On the pitches and in real-life situations… that's where I was on fire!

The enemy wasn’t just poor genetics or bad habits; it was the constant whisper of, “You’re not good enough.” That internal narrative tried to define me at every stage: in the classroom, on the rugby pitch, even on the gym floor.

But I reached a breaking point, where I had to decide who I was going to be: a product of low expectations or the author of my own transformation. I chose the latter as I began my sixth form life.

Through rugby, the weight room, and the discipline of turning knowledge into consistent action, I rewrote my story. I became a professional athlete, a body composition specialist, and eventually an author, ironically, despite being dyslexic and a constant mover.

Now, I help others do the same. I specialise in turning chaos into clarity, doubt into drive, and goals into reality. I’ve taken the long road so I can guide others on a straighter path.

My purpose for coaching is simple: to build up individuals to become the most capable, confident, and resilient version of themselves, physically and mentally. I coach because I know how it feels to be stuck in a body you don’t recognise, battling a mind that doubts you, and wanting more but not knowing how to get there.

I’m here to serve those who are ready to change. Men and women who are tired of surface-level solutions, who want more than just a six-week shred, they want a lifestyle. I work best with people who are hungry for results but willing to go deeper: to commit, plan, execute, and evolve.
