With over 10 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer, I’ve been fortunate to work with a wide range of clients, from those training for CrossFit-style competitions, to individuals reversing Type 2 diabetes, to rehabilitation work with a young girl recovering from a stroke.

I take pride in my ability to adapt sessions to each client’s needs, making training not only effective but also enjoyable. My aim is to create programmes that get results while keeping people motivated and engaged, regardless of their starting point.

I’ve trained in just about every discipline over the years, Bodybuilding, Strongman, CrossFit, Boxing, Martial Arts, you name it, I’ve probably tried it (sometimes with interesting results!). This broad experience allows me to draw from multiple styles of training to find what truly works best for each individual.

My turning point came when I realised that fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Early in my career, I followed every training trend, bodybuilding splits, powerlifting cycles, CrossFit, even strongman and martial arts. I wanted to experience it all. But somewhere along the way, I discovered what truly matters: strength and adaptability.

The enemy? The belief that training has to be perfect or extreme to be effective. I saw so many people stuck in that mindset, constantly starting over, burning out, or feeling like failures when they couldn’t stick to unrealistic routines. I’d been there too.

That’s when my coaching philosophy shifted. I began focusing on building strong, capable bodies that can perform well in every aspect of life. Whether it’s lifting heavier, moving better, or simply feeling more confident, strength became the foundation of everything I do.

Now, I coach to show people that fitness doesn’t have to be complicated, it just has to be consistent. Small steps, smart training, and belief in yourself can transform everything.

I’ve worked with 100's of clients over the years years, and the most rewarding part of the job is watching people achieve things they once thought were impossible. Seeing that moment of self-belief click into place, that’s what keeps me passionate about what I do.

My motivation comes from my love of training and the belief that fitness should be accessible, enjoyable, and empowering. No matter your age, experience, or goal, I’m here to help you train smarter, stay consistent, and feel stronger in every way.
